 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Common theme not consistent in giving excellent service. Very confusing just talking in your lingo. I don't understand and when I say I don't understand please do a better just b explaining. I just want honesty, transparency, to integrity. It's always great to listen to resolve and don't jump to conclusions. Better communication and explaining will help experience and change a 1 to a 5. I'm willing but I need you to better explain without coming across the wrong way please and thank you. Also they don't honor the quote and mystery how it jumps up. Don't bother doing a claim they can't help you they inform you that you need to contact the claims line. What wait a minute you can take my payment but can't do a claim why? So many inconsistentancies when trying to resold something so simple. I implore them to start doing the right thing beginning by making it right please. No customer should have to make six calls to get a question answered. Please
