The content on this website is provided for general information about insurance products and services. It is not a contract of insurance, a binder, an offer to bind coverage, or advice about your particular situation. No coverage is in force until it is issued by an insurance carrier and you receive confirmation of it. Quotes are estimates and are subject to underwriting, verification of the information provided, and carrier approval.

Tools on this site, including the Liability Exposure Snapshot Worksheet, produce estimates from the figures you enter. They are educational, are not a valuation, an appraisal, or legal or financial advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any coverage decision. Please speak with a licensed agent before acting on them.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access to it.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

Program description. If you opt in, Trevin Webb Insurance Agency will send you SMS/text messages about insurance quotes, policy review reminders, renewal follow-ups, appointment reminders, customer care, billing or account-related inquiries, documentation requests, and, where you have separately opted in, marketing messages about insurance products and services, including home and auto bundle quote opportunities.

How to opt in. You may opt in by submitting a form on this website and checking the SMS consent box. The box is optional and is not required to submit the form or to buy anything from us. Separate boxes are provided for marketing and non-marketing messages, so you can choose one, both, or neither.

Message frequency. Message frequency may vary; you may receive up to 4 SMS messages per week.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s plan. Rates may differ for messages sent domestically and internationally.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You may also call (503) 667-2820 or email info@trevinwebbinsurance.com to be removed.

Your mobile information. Phone numbers provided for SMS opt-in remain confidential and are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions.

Acceptable Use of Our Messaging Services

We operate our messaging program in line with CTIA guidelines, the requirements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the terms of service and acceptable use policy of the messaging platform we send through. We obtain documented consent before sending marketing, promotional, or informational messages, include opt-out instructions in automated messages, and process opt-out requests immediately.

We do not send messages of the kinds carriers prohibit, including loan, mortgage, credit repair, debt relief, or debt collection offers; work-from-home or secret shopper offers; political messages; alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or pharmaceutical advertising; content referring to controlled substances; adult content; hate speech or abusive content; and fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading links.

Email Communications

If you provide your email address we may send you quotes, documents, service updates, and, where you have consented, marketing emails. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you may contact us at any time to change your preferences.

Licensing

Trevin Webb Insurance Agency is a licensed insurance agency. Products and services are available only in states where the agency and the agent are licensed, and are subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the policy as issued by the carrier.

Intellectual Property

The content, layout, graphics, and video on this website belong to Trevin Webb Insurance Agency or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission. Carrier names and logos remain the property of their owners.

Third-Party Links

This site may link to carrier portals and other third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their own terms and privacy policies will apply once you leave our site.

Any proceedings shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. Disputes about insurance services are also subject to the rules of the applicable state insurance regulatory authority.
